Manufacturing company exec sells 4BD in Katy

Darel J. Coterel and Ann Marie Coterel sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2739 Marquette Trail in Katy to Gherson Penuele Pineda and Juliana Nova Garcia on Dec. 15.

Pineda and Garcia acquired the home in Feb. 23. The 2,567-square-foot house was built in 2005. It is located in the Parkway Oaks subdivision, and is valued at $186,620.

Mr. Coterel is the engineering information and systems manager at Ingersoll Rand - Club Car, a company that manufactures utility and transportation vehicles. Prior to this, he served as engineering manager at BAE Systems and Armor Holdings, engineering systems manager at Bush Hog, LLC and design engineer at Moyno Inc.

He attended Franklin University and the University of Dayton.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,939 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
