Plant manager buys home in Katy

Eduardo Roquero Brilanti and Maria Elena Brilanti bought a house at 3535 Junction Bend Lane in Katy from John A. Shimmel and Sandra Shimmel on Feb. 29.

The 1,309-square-foot house, built in 2007, is in the Pine Mill Ranch subdivision.

Eduardo Brilanti is a plant manager at ABS Oneshot LP, a beverage company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,893 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
