Senior gas trader buys 5BD home in Katy

Jared M. Taggart and Kimberly L. Taggart acquired a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 25703 Madison Falls Lane in Katy from Cartus Financial Corporation on March 20.

The 4,946-square-foot house, built in 2009, is in Cinco Ranch. It is part of the Cinco Ranch Southwest subdivision.

Mr. Taggart is a senior gas trader at Calpine Energy Services, an independent power production company. Previously, he was a gas scheduler at Duke Energy.

He holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Utah.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,003 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
