Bechtel engineer sells home in Katy

Anthony P. Rangus and Laurel A. Rangus sold a two-bath home at 24926 Morning Raven Lane in Katy to Dora I. Simpson on March 28.

The 2,530-square-foot house, built in 2005, is in the Falcon Ranch subdivision.

Mr. Rangus is a principal engineer at Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemicals.

He holds an M.S. in materials science from Rice University and a B.A. in physics from the University of California, San Diego.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,972 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
