Mark A. Semlow and Sally J. Semlow have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 21731 Canyon Peak Lane in Katy for $330,000.

The Semlows bought the property in July 2004. The 3,592-square-foot home in Cinco Ranch was built in 1999. It is located in the Cinco at Willow Fork subdivision. Graciela Walton of Real Estate Brokers of Texas is the listing agent.

Mark Semlow is the regional vice president of sales at International Develpoment Corp., a Roanoke-based provider of solar and landscape lighting. He previously worked at Igloo Products Corp., where he served as regional sales manager, national accounts manager and inventive sales manager.

He has a B.A. in sociology from Yale University.
