ConocoPhillips environmental coordinator gets Katy home
Thomas R. Lacki and Wendi A. Lacki acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 26423 Sundown Cove Lane in Katy from Howard A. Alvarado and Carmen Cedeno on May 31.
Alvarado acquired the property in June 2006. The 2,757-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Seven Meadows. It is part of the Cinco West at Seven Meadows subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $220,320.
Thomas Lacki is a district environmental coordinator at ConocoPhillips Pipe Line Co., an oil & energy company.
He attended Oklahoma State University
Wendi Lacki worked as a regulatory technician at ConocoPhillips Co. Prior to that, she was a regulatory department assistant at Global Personnel.
She holds a B.A. in speech from Oklahoma State University.
Alvarado is a project manager at Energy Solutions International, a global supplier of pipeline and energy transportation design, planning and management solutions.
He holds an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Houston, Victoria and a B.S. in electronic engineering, automation and control from IUPFAN.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,931 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months.
