David Kilchrist has been an executive vice president of engineering and development at Elantys, a software components provider. He has previously held several management positions with in-house software development teams with companies including Louisiana Utilities System, Union Oil of California and Legacy Solutions Inc. In 1996, he worked as a data manager at Louisiana Operations. After that, he became the project manager for GUARDIAN at Legacy Solutions.
