Ramon T. Antwine has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 24107 Seventh Heaven Drive in Katy for $284,900.

Antwine acquired the property in January 2005. The 3,177-square-foot house was built in 2004 in Seven Meadows. Robert Ricketts of Re/Max Grand is the listing agent.

Antwine is a systems analyst at Metegrity, an information technology firm. He previously served as a document control coordinator at Marine Well Containment Co. He has also held various positions in information management at Waste Management, Foxconn, ExxonMobil, British Petroleum, Technip and OCHS Industries.

He obtained a B.S. in engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
