Herschel Waller and Nancy E. Waller have relisted their five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8002 Salta Verde Point in Katy for $677,500.

The Wallers previously listed the home for $688,000. Gary Jones of Re/Max Cinco Ranch is still the listing agent. The Wallers acquired the home in December 2006. The 4,254-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Seven Meadows. It is located in the Avalon at Seven Meadows subdivision.

Herschel Waller is a reservoir engineering consultant at BP and at EF Energy LLC. He previously worked as a project manager at Object Reservoir and as an engineer at Amoco Production Co.

He earned his M.S. in mathematics from Texas Tech University and his M.S. in petroleum engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
