Annette Prewitt has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2103 Chamberlin Cove in Katy for $349,900.

Prewitt acquired the property in November 2003, the same year the 3,358-square-foot house was built in the Country Lakes subdivision. Jimmy Franklin of Re/Max Grand is the listing agent.

Prewitt is the director of performance improvement at Noble Drilling, an offshore oil and gas industry drilling contractor. She previously worked as director of asset planning at Pride International and as director of quality management at Diamond Offshore.

She holds a B.S. in business management from the University of Houston.
