Realtor relists 4BD in Fulshear

Nita Chauhan and Umed Chauhan have relisted a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 28214 Churchill Court in Fulshear for $449,000.

The Chauhans originally listed the home with Champions Real Estate Group for $429,000 in February 2011. They took the home off the market in August 2011 and relisted it at the existing price on Sept. 4. The Chauhans acquired the property in December 2009, the same year the 4,175-square-foot house was built. It is part of the Legacy at Cross Creek Ranch subdivision.
