Oscar Serrate has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 22711 Bay Hollow Drive in Cinco Ranch for $699,000.

Serrate acquired the property in December 2007. The 4,875-square-foot home was built in 1991 in the Cinco Ranch South Lake Village. Joanie Caskey of Keller Williams Southwest is the listing agent.

Serrate has served as a senior director for corporate communications at AEI Services LLC, a Houston-based energy company.
