Jose Fraija and Gabriela Fraija have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 26227 Bright Dawn Court in Cinco Ranch for $349,900.

The Fraijas acquired the property in November 2008. The 3,350-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the Cinco Ranch West subdivision. Kyle MacDonnell of Re/Max Cinco Ranch is the listing agent.

Jose Fraija, a petroleum engineer, serves as a technology and assets manager at Key Energy Services, an oilfield services company. He previously served as an operations manager at TerraVici Drilling Solutions. He has also held various managerial positions at Schlumberger D&M.

He received a degree in petroleum engineering from the University of America and a postgraduate degree in economy from the University of the Andes.
