Alvaro Peynado has listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 21207 Dover Park Lane in Katy for $298,900.

Peynado acquired the property in May 2006, the same year the 2,704-square-foot home in Grand Lakes was built. It is located in the Grand Lakes Phase Three subdivision. Maria Ruedas of Re/Max Grand is the listing agent.

Peynado is the owner of AP Construction Group LLC in Houston.
