Rudy's Country Store opens in Katy
Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q opened its newest location July 4 at 21799 Katy Freeway, Katy.
The store is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
"There's no better way to celebrate our Independence Day than with real Texas barbecue. We are excited to serve the Katy community and thankful for the warm welcome we have received from the community," said Pete Basset, vice president of operations, according to a press release.
Rudy's new location offers meats including lean brisket, turkey breast, pork loin, pork ribs, baby back ribs, sausage, chicken, pulled pork and prime rib.
Side dishes include cream corn, potato salad and green chile stew.
