Babaloo Gallery opens 'Closed Windows'
Babaloo Gallery will host the exhibit "Closed Windows-Open Ranges" with an opening reception to be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 19.
The exhibit features works by photographers Fatima Donaldson and Robert Berryman.
Donaldson's works focus on use of color to bring hues to life. Berryman's works focus on sepia-toned wild horses, according to a press release.
"These two photographers, although showing together, prove that the eye is what makes them, not the equipment. The artist comes through on each piece, as if giving us a peek into their soul. Two completely different people, same media, two very different outcomes," said Ana Villaronga-Roman, gallery curator, according to the release.
The gallery is adjacent to Babaloo International Café and Bar in The Villagio Town Center, located at 22756 Westheimer Parkway, No. 180, in Katy.
