Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous to hold meetings in Katy
Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous, a free 12-step program for those who have trouble controlling the way they eat, invites those who struggle with this addiction to get help, according to a press release.
The program is for anyone who suffers from food obsession, overeating, undereating or bulimia.
The group holds three meetings every week at the West Houston Community Center, located at 725 Bateswood Drive in Houston. The meetings begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday. Bateswood Drive is east of North Dairy Ashford Road and west of North Kirkwood Road.
