Katy Pony League to offer T-ball
The last day to register for Katy Pony League T-ball is Wednesday, Aug. 22.
The Katy Pony League will offer T-ball for 4- and 5-year-olds and baseball for 6- through 17-year-olds this fall.
Interested players who miss the Wednesday, Aug. 22 registration deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
Participants can register online until Monday, Aug. 20 at katyponybaseball.org. Children can also register in person at the academy from 2-5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11, 6-8:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 15 and 6-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22 at 242 Howard Ave., Holland.
Players between the ages of 4 and 5 will pay $100 to join the league, 6-year-olds will pay $115, and children between the ages of 7 and 17 will pay $125. Families with more than one child playing in the league will receive a $10 per-player discount.
Tryouts for ages 7 to 17 begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25. The season begins Saturday, Sept. 22.
