Aqua-Tots offers swim lessons for all ages

Aqua-Tots is offering swim lessons for all ages in it's indoor, year-round pool.

Split into different swimming levels, the Aqua-Tots program is based on age and swimming experience. The Level 1 Tadpoles program begins with 6-18-month-olds and the Level 8 Stingrays program ends with unassisted swimmers practicing breaststrokes, butterflies and USS Swimming Rules.

Students must complete 25 to 28 swimming skills to move up levels.  Swimmers will receive a swim certificate and ribbon for each level passed. Programs are guaranteed to never exceed a 4:1 student teacher ratio.

Monthly tuition is available for swim students, with group lessons costing $74 for the first child enrolled and $69 for the second. Private lessons cost $240 and $200 for the second child. Semi-private lessons are also available for $130 and $120 for the second child enrolled.

The Aqua-Tots Katy swim school is located at 1542 West Grand Parkway South near the junction of Route 99 and Bayhill/Highland Knolls Boulevard. Hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
