Katy runner completes The Military Challenge
Julie Edwards, 28, of Katy completed The Military Challenge in 53:29 on Saturday, July 28 at Virginia Beach, Va.
A total of 1,480 runners finished the 5K race at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex. The event featured a 5K run with obstacle course.
Ryan Carroll of Portsmouth, Va., was the men's overall winner with a time of 19:14, while Georgette Linda Mink of Midhurst, Ontario, was the winner of the women's division in 24:04.
