Arrest report for July 29-Aug. 1

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of July 29-Aug. 1.

A Katy man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 2 (4 to 400 grams), possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), violating child support, expired drivers license and passing 100 ft. of intersection on July 29, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 21, was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 29 and is facing 2nd degree felony3rd degree felony class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Berzin Court.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class a misdemeanor charge of evading arrest or detention, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 20-year-old white male lives in Wolfs Knoll in Houston.

A Katy man is facing a class C misdemeanor charge of failure to stop at the designated point after being arrested on July 29, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 17, resides in Spruce Falls Ct. He was booked on July 29.

A woman was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on July 30, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old black female was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 31 and is facing a 2nd degree felony charge. She resides in Telegraph Square.

A man was arrested on charges of criminal mischief ($50 to $500) and criminal trespassing on July 30, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 45-year-old white male was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 30 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class a misdemeanor charges. He resides in John Rolfe.

A Katy man was arrested and charged with dis conduct fight p on July 31, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 18, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 1 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides in Guardsman Ln.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a 3rd degree felony charge of tamper government record harm, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 22-year-old white male lives in Flintlock Dr in Katy.

A Katy man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief ($50 to $500) after being arrested on July 31, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 17, resides in Westborough. He was booked on July 31.

A woman was arrested on charges of speeding, driving with expired registration and expired inspection certificate on July 31, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 25-year-old black female was booked at the Harris County Jail on July 31 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Pepperweed Drive.

A Katy man was arrested and charged with murder on Aug. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 19, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 1 and is facing a 1st degree felony charge. He resides in Red River Drive.
