Houston West Chamber announces 2012 Business Golf Classic

The Houston West Chamber of Commerce has announced details of its 2012 Annual Business Golf Classic.

The fundraising tournament will start at noon on Monday, Oct. 15, at the Golf Club at Cinco Ranch Golf Course, 23030 Cinco Ranch Blvd. in Katy. The format for the tournament is traditional scramble play.

Tournament sponsorships are still available. An Eagle sponsorship costs $2,500, Contest sponsorships $1,750, Birdie sponsorships $1,500, Tent sponsorships $500 and Hole sponsorships $250.

Golf balls for the helicopter drop cost $5 each, or five for $20, 10 for $40 or 25 for $100.

A lunch and dinner will be provided, with other activities including a putting contest and a tiger drive. Prizes will be awarded to top scorers. The event will also have raffles and giveaways.
