Katy Area Chamber of Commerce to hold ribbon cutting, networking event

The Katy Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony and an after-hours networking opportunity in August.

The ribbon cutting will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23 at the Cinco Ranch Conservatory of Music, located at 23922 Cinco Village Center Blvd., Suite 220 in Katy. The facility offers private music lessons for a wide array of instruments, including piano, guitar, woodwinds and percussion. The chamber will also host "Business After Hours" from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at First Victoria National Bank, 5005 South Fry Road in Katy.
