Parking permits available for Pope John XXIII High School students

Students who attend Pope John XXIII High School in Katy can now pick up parking permits for the 2012-13 school year, according to the school.

Pope John XXIII High School is located at 1800 West Grand Parkway North, Katy.

Students can pick up parking registration forms from school secretary Carole Hoth in the front office. Information on the vehicle registration forms must be filled in completely before parking permits may be issued.

Student parking costs $150.  Students must show a valid driver's license and a copy of insurance coverage. Specific parking spots by number won't be issued. Students may park in any area on the west side of the building or on the east side of the new gym provided they have parking permits on their vehicles. Students are prohibited from parking in spots designated for staff in the west parking lot and the parking spots in the circle in front of the building.
