Where are the lowest gas prices in Katy?

Gas prices in and around Katy were lower than the averages for Texas and the country as a whole for the week of Aug. 19, according to data from the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com.   Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 62 gas stations in and around Katy as of Saturday, Aug. 25. The average price of regular unleaded gas in Katy is $3.53 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.54, Houston average at $3.53, and the nationwide average at $3.73.   The average gas price in Katy last week was $3.52 per gallon.   The least expensive gas in Katy is reported to be $3.46 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which a gasbuddy.com contributor logged at H-E-B, 25625 Katy Freeway.   A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area at $3.73, at Shell, 23255 Kingsland Blvd.
