Arrest report, Sept. 2-5

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 2 through Sept. 5:

A man was arrested Sept. 2 on a charge of evading arrest or detention, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 18-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 2 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides on West Fernhurst Drive.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class A misdemeanor charge of evading arrest or detention, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 17-year-old male lives on Willage Court, in Katy.

A man was arrested Sept. 2 on charges of possession of marijuana, zero to two grams, and driving while intoxicated, first offense, blood alcohol concentration .08, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 2 and is facing class B misdemeanor charges. He resides on Dominion Drive.

A woman was arrested Sept. 2 on charges of driving while intoxicated, first offense, blood alcohol concentration .08, failure or refusal to pay toll, speeding, expired inspection certificate, driving without wearing a seat belt, following too closely and violating a promise to appear, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 25-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 2 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges. She resides on Newmint Court.

A Houston man was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with theft under $50, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 19, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 4 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides on Sicklepod.

A man was arrested Sept. 3 on a charge of driving with an invalid license, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 26-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 4 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides on Two Rivers Lane.

A Katy man was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 34, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 3 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides on Sedgeborough.

A man who resides on East Thornton, in Houston, was arrested on alleged charges of bond forfeiture, misdemeanor.

A man who resides on Carlisle, in Houston, was arrested on alleged charges of altered inspection sticker.

A man who resides on West Montgomery Road, in Houston, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while license is suspended or invalid, failure to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility and motor vehicle inspection violation.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class B misdemeanor charge of prostitution, nonpublic offender, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 20-year-old female lives on Katy Briar, in Katy.

A Katy man is facing class B misdemeanor, class C misdemeanor charges of prostitution, nonpublic offender, driving without a Texas operator's license and speeding after being arrested Sept. 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 21, resides in Maplewood. He was booked Sept. 6.

A man was arrested Sept. 5 on a charge of assault, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 48-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 6 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Kingsland.

A Houston man was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with possession, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 22, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 6 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides on Thicket Grove.

A Katy woman is facing class B misdemeanor, class C misdemeanor charges of delivery of marijuana, less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia after being arrested Sept. 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 20, resides on Garden Chase Court. She was booked Sept. 5.

A man was arrested Sept. 5 on a charge of burglary of a home, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 28-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 5 and is facing a second-degree felony charge. He resides in Tayloe House.

A woman was arrested Sept. 5 on charges of an expired inspection certificate, driving with expired registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 35-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 5 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Edensborough.
