Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Sept. 8

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 6 to Sept. 8:

A man was arrested on a charge of failure to drive in a single marked lane on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 24-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 8 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides in Crystal Pass.

A man was arrested on charges of driving with expired registration and speeding on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 23-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 8 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Park Meadow.

A Katy woman is facing class C misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license, speeding, violating a promise to appear and failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance after being arrested on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 25, resides in Banksfield Court. She was booked on Sept. 7.

A Katy man was arrested and charged with driving with expired registration on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 20, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 7 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides in Fortuna.

A man was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and speeding in a school zone on Sept. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 28-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 7 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Indian Grass Drive.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 30-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 9 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Winding Branch.

A man was arrested on a charge of theft between $50 and $500 on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 17-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 9 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Westborough.

A Katy man is facing class A misdemeanor state felony charges of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .15 and possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance after being arrested on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 40, resides in Katy Flewellen. He was booked on Sept. 8.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class C misdemeanor charge of violating child support, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 44-year-old male lives in Katy.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 19-year-old male lives in Katy.
