Cinco Charities gears up for third annual Katy Sip 'N Stroll
Cinco Charities, Inc. will host the third annual Katy Sip 'N Stroll from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20 at Villagio Town Center in Cinco Ranch.
Last year's event drew more than 1,000 guests who blanketed The Villagio fountain court and back street to discover new wines, listen to live musical performances, eat food and meet businesses, according to a press release.
This year's presenting sponsor is Kroger, which will bring local team members with displays of food selections, water, wine sampling and gift bags for the first 1,000 guests.
Various Villagio restaurants will offer participants an array of samples, and Aruba Tourism will be on-site with local support as in previous years.
New this year will be Bubbles and Villagio, hosted by Simply Devine Interiors. A limited number of ticket-holders will secure places and start the fun an hour early with a selection of sparkling wines and bites to eat.
General admission is $35 per person, with VIP admission at $65. The Bubbles and Villago pre-party event will be $15 per person and will run from 5-6 p.m.
Participants must be 21 years of age. All sales are final, and the event will take place, rain or shine.
All proceeds will go to Cinco Charities, which provides temporary housing to individuals and families during hospitalization. The charity serves areas including Katy and West Houston, and is affiliated with hospitals in the Texas Medical Center.
Village Town Center at Cinco Ranch is located on the northeast corner of Westheimer Parkway and South Peek Road in Katy.
