Weekly sales roundup for West Houston, week ending Sept. 16

There were 45 sales in West Houston for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5703 Sapphire Vista Lane. Eric T. and Stephanie A. Warwick sold the home to Ziad Abou Nohra on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 3,424-square-foot, four bedroom, four bath home was built in 2000 and is located in the Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 12034 Arcadia Bend Lane to Timothy Allen and Nadine Matta Bolombin and the sale of 17111 S. Bear Creek Drive to Judith Y. and Lawrence C. Chen.
