Weekly sales roundup for Katy, week ending Sept. 16

There were 109 sales in Katy for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 20619 Ivory Creek Lane. Jon M. Miller and Sharon A. Miller sold the home to Cartus Financial Corporation on Sept. 16.

The 3,372-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home was built in 1994 and is located in the Kelliwood neighborhood, in the Kelliwood Gardens subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 20619 Ivory Creek Lane to Allason R. James and Jeffrey H. James and the sale of 20426 Ivory Creek Lane to Paul Kenneth Spillers II.

The Memorial Parkway neighborhood had the most sales in the area with seven, followed by Nottingham Country with seven and Bear Creek Meadows with five.

Sales volume was 34.5 percent higher than the previous week and 26.7 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Katy has averaged 83 sales per week during the last 12 months.
