There were 53 real estate sales in West Houston for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 6007 Diamond Bay Court. Mildred Barrett sold the home to Darlene Gibson Steen and Steven M. Steen on Sunday, Oct. 7. The 5,208-square-foot, five bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home and is in the Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision.
