Sales roundup for Katy, week ending Oct. 7

There were 87 sales in Katy for the week ending Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1707 Beacon Cove Court. Kate M. Lennard and Lee C. Lennard sold the home to Daniel J. Trosclair Jr. and Robin Trosclair on Oct. 7.

Built in 1986, the 3,344-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home is in the Nottingham Country neighborhood, in the Nottingham Country subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 1135 Barkston Drive to Harry Yee and Lee Yee and the sale of 23014 Vallingby Drive to Kelley B. Palmer and Coral C. Roundtree.

The Nottingham Country neighborhood had the most sales in the area with six, followed by Memorial Parkway with five and Bear Creek Meadows with two.
