Construction begins on Mason Creek Office Center

A ceremony was recently held to kickoff construction of the Mason Creek Office Center.

According to a press release, the ceremony was attended by Lance LaCour, president and CEO of the Katy Area Economic Development Council; Mike Jones, Bob Ballard and Stephen de Jongh of E.E. Reed Construction; and Lawrence and Bryan Rennell of Rennell Associates.

The two-story, 135,716-square-foot facility, located at 21420 Merchants Way, Katy, within Mason Creek Corporate will be developed by Myers Crow and Saviers Ltd.

The center is expected to be complete by spring 2013, with Bob Cromwell and Kevin Nolan of Moody Rambin Interests handling leasing issues.
