Cost Plus World Market to open in Katy

Cost Plus World Market will celebrate the opening of its newest Texas store Thursday, Nov. 15 at Grand Lakes Marketplace in Katy.

The new store will host raffle drawings, serve gourmet food, have beverage sampling and feature live entertainment at 6625 S. Fry Road, according to a press release.

A ribbon cutting will be held in the morning by the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce, and the first 200 customers through the door will receive a free reusable World Market tote bag.

Cost Plus World Market specializes in stocking merchandise from around the world, including decorative accessories, home furniture, tabletop textiles, dinnerware, glassware, gourmet foods and wine, according to the release.
