Construction begins on Park Ridge office condominiums
After breaking ground in early November, construction on the Park Ridge office condominiums has begun.
According to a press release, the condos, located at 16000 Park Ten Place, are part of the Park Ten Regional Business Center's master-planned mixed-use development, comprising a major portion of the West Houston Energy Corridor.
The office condominiums will give business owners the ability to own office space in the area, which is the primary concentration for business activity in West Houston.
"With the recent boom in national and international corporations within the Energy Corridor area, particularly in terms of commercial real estate, Class A office space is now at a premium," Steve Hextell, vice president of commercial development for SHB Development LLC, said in the release. "For professionals and business owners who have been leasing or working from home, this is a great opportunity to start reaping the tax and equity advantages of owning affordable office space in such a prime location."
Park Ridge will be the only office community of its kind in the area that offers units for sale, according to the release. Within the four acres, nine single-story office buildings will be built, for a total of 34 units. Each one will offer 1,185 square feet of space that can be configured to meet larger needs.
Each building will have private entrances, surface-level parking and the ability to accommodate the latest technologies. Landscaping will be provided and maintained.
Pricing starts in the mid-$200Ks and pre-construction sales are currently underway.
