Weekly sales roundup for Katy, week ending June 14

There were 96 sales in Katy for the week ending June 14, according to www.Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 21327 Pennshore Lane. Kimberly Ferris and Michael B. Ferris sold the home to Tracee Lewis on Thursday, June 14. The 3,232-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bath home was built in 2005 and is located in the Grand Lakes neighborhood, in the Grand Lakes Phase Three subdivision.
