Mayde Creek grad Adolph contributes to Schreiner victory
Mayde Creek High School graduate Colby Adolph scored seven points in Schreiner University's 78-67 win against Huston-Tillotson Tuesday, Nov. 20 at Edington Gymnasium in Kerrville, according to Schreiner's website.
The senior forward helped the Mountaineers improve to 3-0 on the season. Schreiner's next game is 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24 on the road against Trinity University.
Adolph is a 2009 graduate of Mayde Creek High School. She is a senior forward on the women's basketball team at Schreiner University. Adolph was an academic all-conference selection during her junior season (2011-12) with the Mountaineers. Adolph is the daughter of Willie and Tikila Adolph. She is majoring in biochemistry/pre-pharmacy with a minor in Spanish. Adolph is from Katy.
