Mayde Creek grad Adolph plays in Schreiner loss
Mayde Creek High School graduate Colby Adolph scored two points as Schreiner University lost 56-53 to Southwestern Saturday, Nov. 24 at Sams Gymnasium in San Antonio, the Schreiner website reported.
The Schreiner senior forward also recorded four rebounds for Schreiner, which lost its first game of the season and fell to a 3-1 record.
Schreiner's next game is 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25 on the road against Trinity University.
Adolph is a 2009 graduate of Mayde Creek High School. She was an academic all-conference selection during her junior season (2011-12) with the Mountaineers. Adolph is the daughter of Willie and Tikila Adolph. She is majoring in biochemistry/pre-pharmacy with a minor in Spanish. Adolph is from Katy.
