Mayde Creek grad Adolph plays in Schreiner win
Mayde Creek High School graduate Colby Adolph played in the Schreiner University home win, 60-49 over conference opponent UT-Tyler Thursday, Nov. 29, at Edington Gymnasium in Kerrville, the Schreiner website reported.
The senior forward recorded three rebounds for the Mountaineers, who improved to 4-2 on the season and 1-0 in the ASC Contest. Schreiner also played Saturday, Dec. 1 at home against East Texas Baptist.
Adolph is a 2009 graduate of Mayde Creek, and became an academic all-conference selection during her junior season (2011-12) with the Mountaineers. She is the daughter of Willie and Tikila Adolph. She is majoring in biochemistry/pre-pharmacy with a minor in Spanish. Adolph is from Katy.
