Mayde Creek grad Adolph plays in Schreiner loss
Mayde Creek High School graduate Colby Adolph contributed two points, but Schreiner University lost 53-44 to conference opponent University of the Ozarks Friday, Dec. 7 in Clarksville, Ark., according to Schreiner's website.
Adolph also recorded two rebounds for the Mountaineers, who are 4-4 on the season and 1-2 in the ASC.
Adolph is a 2009 graduate of Mayde Creek, and is a senior forward on the Schreiner women's basketball team. Adolph was an academic all-conference selection during her junior season (2011-12) with the Mountaineers. Adolph is the daughter of Willie and Tikila Adolph. She is majoring in biochemsitry/pre-pharmacy with a minor in Spanish. Adolph is from Katy.
