She got kick out of volleyball early on
A: I first played volleyball when I was 6 years old. My older sister Kelsey played club volleyball in Fort Worth, and I would go to the gym with her. I first played club matches when I was 7 years old.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A: I will be finishing my college career and education at Pepperdine University in California, and I will be playing for the USA National Volleyball Team.
Q: Who’s your biggest fan?
A: My mom and dad. They take me to every practice and every match. They have never missed a match, including all of them out of state.
Q: How do you think the lessons learned in sports will carry over in life?
A: I will be a leader who listens to others and always puts the team ahead of the player.
