Sales roundup for West Houston, week ending Nov. 11

There were 29 sales in West Houston for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2214 Green Garden Lane. Dana Yost sold the home to Melissa Kay Donaldson on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1978, the 1,613-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Westlake subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 6550 Trenton Lake Lane to Trang D. Quach and the sale of 5518 Cardinal Bay to Janette K. Strode and Robert P. Strode.

Sales volume was 6.4 percent lower than the previous week and 56 percent lower than the same week in 2011.
