Sales roundup for Katy, week ending Nov. 11

There were 56 sales in Katy for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 20078 S. Navaho Trail. Marshall T. Gaspard, Claudia E. Martinez and Hildo Fuentes Martinez sold the home to Irma Teresa Sheward and Jon Bruce Sheward on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1981, the 1,298-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Sundown subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 21342 Wildcroft Drive to Marisol Garza Maldonado and the sale of 2934 Redbud St. to Patsy Joan Creed.

The West Memorial neighborhood had the most sales in the area with three, followed by Memorial Parkway with two and Nottingham Country with two.

Sales volume was 13.8 percent lower than the previous week and 16.4 percent lower than the same week in 2011.
