Sales roundup for Cinco Ranch, week ending Nov. 18

There were two sales in Cinco Ranch for the week ending Nov. 18, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1230 Sparrow Knoll Court. Timothy N. Douglas and Valerie Douglas sold the home to Damon L. Jensen and Mary F. Jensen on Thursday, Nov. 15.

Built in 1993, the 2,352-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Cinco Ranch Meadow Place subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 1211 Sparrow Knoll Court to Karen Bennett and Stephen Bennett.
