Seven Lakes grad Pinkney contributes to Stephen F. Austin State victory
Trey Pinkney, a graduate of Seven Lakes High School, is a freshman guard for the Stephen F. Austin State University men's basketball team.
Seven Lakes High School graduate Trey Pinkney played for Stephen F. Austin State University in a 56-55 win against the University of Oklahoma on Tuesday, Dec. 18 at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Okla.
The Stephen F. Austin State University freshman guard recorded one assist and one steal for the Jacks, who improved to 8-1 on the season, according to the university's website.
Stephen F. Austin State University's next game is at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20 at home against Grambling.
Pinkney is a 2012 graduate of Seven Lakes High School in Katy where he was MVP. He is from Katy.
