Weekly sales roundup for West Houston, week ending Dec. 2

There were 34 sales in West Houston for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 18219 Holly Bend Drive. Wayne Wheat, Julianne Wood and Logan S. Wood sold the home to Camp E. Dwain on Friday, Nov. 30. The 1,696-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1983 and is located in the Windsong subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 16814 Clan Macintosh Drive to Zoila Gonzalez, Ludin Lopez Portillo and Lilian Noemi Sabin and the sale of 13535 Harpers Bridge Drive to Anastacio L. Balladares.

Sales volume was 88.8 percent higher than the previous week and 32 percent lower than the same week in 2011. West Houston has averaged 53 sales per week during the last 12 months.
