Sales roundup for Katy, week ending Dec. 9

There were 71 sales in Katy for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5218 Bradly Lane. Heather Roder and William Troy Roder sold the home to Bruce A. MacPherson and Patricia A. MacPherson on Friday, Dec. 7.

Built in 2000, the 1,741-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Heritage Park West subdivision.
