Weekly sales roundup for Cinco Ranch, week ending Dec. 9

There were four sales in Cinco Ranch for the week ending Dec. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1414 Roundleaf Court. Jeff Heller and Vera Heller sold the home to Srp Sub LLC on Friday, Dec. 7. The 2,486-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1994 and is located in the Cinco Ranch Meadow Place subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 20406 Indian Grove Lane to Cristina T. Manty and Mark A. Manty and the sale of 23219 Colony Green Drive to Dorothy Power.

Sales volume was 100 percent higher than the previous week and 71.4 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Cinco Ranch has averaged 15 sales per week during the last 12 months.
