Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart hosts concert for Uganda

Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart was recently the host of a Wednesday night Concert for Uganda.

According to a press release from Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, "the Concert for Uganda funds scholarships for students attending our sponsored schools in Africa and offers a chance to sponsor a girl from our primary school — Kyamusansala — or from the nearby high school — Kalunga. The concert was preceded by a dinner followed by a presentation by alumna Nicole Maarraoui about her trip to Uganda last summer. The concert featured talented students, parents and faculty singing original music and great covers."
