Weekly sales roundup for West Houston, week ending Dec. 16

There were 36 sales in West Houston for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 6518 Carrizo Fall Court. Teresa A. Kipp sold the home to Christopher Lee Cook and Mary Elizabeth Cook on Monday, Dec. 10. The 2,952-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home is located in the Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision.
